About Us

The ACCESS Agency is a state and federally mandated Community Action Agency serving the low-income population of rural Eastern Connecticut, with the agency’s main hub in Willimantic, and satellite programs and offices in Danielson and Willington. ACCESS is a private nonprofit corporation and is a charitable and educational entity to the fullest extent permitted by IRS Section 501c(3).
